I recently took both Units 1 and 2 here and passed my SC/National real estate exam so quickly and easily because I was so well prepared by this school. They give you everything you need, a textbook, practice tests, job referrals, and more than enough info on the process of acquiring the actual license and taking the exam. The process from start to finish was also so quick. I was done with the classes and took the real estate exam all within 5 weeks total. So very quick process. You are also able to attend the classes either in person, or online via zoom, which was very nice and convenient on days when working from home worked better for me than going in person. Overall, very flexible school, very quick process, and I felt very well prepared to take my exam as soon as I was eligible to do so, passed on the first try the day after classes ended!"
